As RCMP try and track down whoever is setting arson fires in the Okanagan, a Kelowna psychologist is shedding some light on what kind of person would deliberately set a fire, putting lives and property at risk. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it appears in many cases, the person or people responsible is acting impulsively.
