Police say a 74-year-old man was beaten with a club by a pickup driver after an apparent road rage incident in Peterborough, Ont. Tuesday morning. Video shows the cyclist being struck by a club and bleeding profusely and police say the driver was later arrested and charged with assault with a weapon at his home in Peterborough.
