They were told they would have to watch their child die. That was the devastating news doctors gave an Okanagan couple when their daughter was born. Little Aurora was delivered in South Africa where the medical treatment she desperately needed wasn’t available. They were able to get her back to Canada in the nick of time and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the little girl is doing far better than anyone expected.
