From one of the worst labour markets to one of the best. Just a year ago, the city of Kelowna was living up to its reputation as being a hard place to find work. But fast forward to today and it’s a much different story. The city’s unemployment rate now one of the lowest in all of Canada and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, it has employers scrambling to find staff.
