When it comes to traffic flow, West Kelowna has certainly gotten busy in recent years. Stop and go traffic means it can take a half hour to drive through the community on Highway 97. So it might surprise you that city council is saying “no thanks” to a road improvement project that would eliminate one more traffic light. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the multi-million dollar interchange is being met with strong opposition.
