Coiteux backs SPVM action plan

Montreal Police Chief Philippe Pichet has released an action plan aimed at restoring public trust following a series of unfavorable allegations. As Matt Grillo reports, while Pichet may have the support of Public Security Minister Martin Coiteux and Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre, the opposition says more can be done.
