A Kelowna woman is in tears over what she says is a very long wait for surgery. Kathryn Tosh was involved in a ski accident more than a year ago and she still has no idea when she’ll have surgery to get her knee fixed. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, tonight the Interior Health Authority is responding to growing concerns about surgical wait times.
