Vernon is planning a multi-million dollar construction project this year on Kalamalka Lake Road which will see major improvements, including a separate pathway for cyclists and pedestrians. However, some Vernon business owners are worried the closure of Kalamalka Lake Road during construction will mean a drastic cut to their livelihoods.
