It is changing before our very own eyes. The City of Kelowna is growing at a rapid pace and new numbers just released from Stats Canada back that up. The 2016 census reveals Kelowna has been the 6th fastest growing city in the country in the past 5 years. But As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, that trend doesn’t come without growing pains.
