Quebec Liberals take aim at Lisée’s stance on diversity

If elected premier, PQ Leader Jean-François Lisée told party members at a convention in Quebec City over the weekend that he would require immigrants to speak French before they even arrive in the province. As Raquel Fletcher reports, Lisée’s stance on diversity is not sitting well with the Liberals.
