Kelowna Housing Starts

Kelowna had 72 per cent more housing starts in 2016 than the year before. Building is booming. At the same time, other parts of
the country are seeing housing starts slow. The demand in Kelowna is attracting developers from out of town and out of province hoping to build on a growing opportunity.
