A search is underway in Kelowna to find a location for a new facility that is expected to save lives. While a drug overdose prevention site is now up and running in downtown Kelowna, plans to open a second location in Rutland fell through at the last minute. Now as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the two agencies responsible are scrambling to secure a new location.
