A bull locals call Greeter has been sitting cold and still in a field on a small Vernon farm, leading neighbours to ask for intervention by the SPCA.
They believe the animal is being neglected and are concerned for its welfare.
Following numerous calls to the SPCA and Global News, Greeter may be better able to survive the winter.
