A new water treatment plant gets urgent attention after a three-month-long water advisory in West Kelowna.

It’s a project that was on the books, but wasn’t going to happen for a few more years . But now the city of West Kelowna has decided to fast-track the construction of a new water treatment plant. The news comes following a public outcry over poor water quality and a three-month-long water advisory that impacted thousands of residents. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
