Fri, Nov 4: Russell Copeman, the mayor of Côte-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, announced Friday he was officially teaming up with Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre and joining his party, ahead of the 2017 municipal elections.
