Mon, Oct 24: More than four years after he was convicted of first-degree murder, sexual assault and kidnapping in the death of Woodstock, Ont., eight-year-old Victoria “Tori” Stafford, Michael Rafferty’s lawyer lobbied for a new trial, claiming the judge in his trial erred multiple times.
