Curtis Road has been the focus of a long-running legal dispute. In February 2015, the court ruled cyclists travelling to certain buildings at UBC’s Okanagan campus could use it.
But too many others were taking advantage of the shortcut, so the B.C. Supreme court has now ruled only residents of Curtis Road can use it.
