Sun, Sep 4: Hermine is expected to become a hurricane again today as it travels up the U.S. East Coast. Environment Canada is keeping an eye on the storm and says eight counties in southern Nova Scotia could be affected by Hermine, from Yarmouth through to Halifax. But it won’t reach that far north until at least the middle of the week. Jennifer Johnson reports.
