Pierrefonds woman wants driver who killed dog to apologize

Sun, Aug 28: A Pierrefonds woman is asking for a driver to come forward and apologize after her dog was struck and killed in front of her home. She says while it’s been hard to lose her pet, it could easily have been a child that fell victim. Felicia Parrillo reports.
