The parents of the Howard Beach jogger who was killed on August 2nd, today (8-18) pleaded for the killer to come forward. The victim’s father, Phil Vetrano, said at a news conference Thursday that police are very close to apprehending a suspect. He said it’s going to be a matter of time before the whole nightmare comes to an end.
