Mon, Aug 15: Over the weekend, someone stole ‘Paco’ a prized Alexandrine parakeet living at a parrot refuge in Quebec. Tonight, the owners are asking for the public’s help. As Mike Armstrong reports, this is not the first time he has been taken.
