Companies charged with clear cutting at NS provincial park

Mon, May 16: Three Nova Scotia companies have been charged with illegally cutting trees at Long Lake Provincial Park. Its alleged 10 acres of trees were cut last November. The whistleblower who discovered the incident says he’s happy the charges have been laid. But as Global’s Rebecca Lau reports, the companies involved say they have nothing but respect for Crown land.
