Sat, Feb 27: The city of Montreal is set to become the first major city in Canada to ban the use of disposable plastic bags. There would be some exceptions like the thin bags at the grocery store you use for vegetables. but the rest is being phased out. Toronto tried to go down the same road a couple of years ago, but backed down. Mike Armstrong reports.
