Thu, Feb 18: The wife of fallen RCMP officer Doug Larche put her mark on his monument in a ceremony at a school in Moncton’s north end. Students and staff also placed their permanent fingerprints on the memorial for the 3 Codiac RCMP officers killed on June 4th, 2014. Global’s Shelley Steeves reports.
