Police have confirmed on Wednesday the identity of the fourth victim of a Winnipeg serial killer, who was given the name Buffalo Woman, as Ashlee Shingoose. Jeremy Skibicki was convicted last year of first-degree murder in the slayings of four Indigenous women, including the unknown victim.
