The mother of a baby boy who went missing and was later found in critical condition before dying has been charged with failing to provide the necessaries of life. As Catherine McDonald reports, detectives towed a dumpster from the back of the building where the baby was found as the child’s mother Karessa Edwards made her first court appearance by audio from a hospital bed.
