Crown argues University of Waterloo stabbings were motivated by hate towards the LGBTQ2S community

As Catherine McDonald reports, the crown said if the judge rejects the federal crown’s arguments that it was an act of terror, the judge should impose a 13-year sentence if she rules the crime was hate-motivated.
