At least 9 deaths linked to Listeria outbreak in the U.S.

The nationwide listeria outbreak linked to recalled Boar’s Head deli meats has killed at least 9 people so far in the United States, according to the CDC. This morning, CBS News has newly released documents showing dozens of violations at the Boar’s Head plant in Virginia linked to the recall.
