Bowness residents have more questions than answers as feeder main repair work begins

It has been a frustrating summer for the residents of Bowness and construction is expected to ramp up in the coming days to repair weaknesses found in the Bearspaw South Feeder Main Pipe. As Craig Momney reports, it’s left many living in the area with more questions than answers.
