Demolition of Vancouver building gutted twice by fire finally underway

More than a year after it was badly damaged by fire an apartment building in East Vancouver has finally been torn down. As Jennifer Palma reports, the demolition comes after the low-rise was gutted by a second major fire last month –while the city is fighting the building’s owner in court.
