Israel will ‘settle the score’ with anyone who launches revenge attack, Netanyahu warns

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the nation on Wednesday, vowing to respond to “any threat” with a “heavy price” and to “settle the score with anyone who harms us.” Netanyahu’s remarks followed threats on Israel after Hezbollah commander Fuad Shukr was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Beirut on Tuesday, while Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was allegedly assassinated in Tehran the following morning.
