Public Health Ontario warns of spike in Mpox cases

Ontario’s health agency is warning about a rise in cases of Mpox. As reported by Public Health Ontario, there have been 67 reported cases of the infectious disease between January and June – which is more than double what was reported one year ago. As concern increases, officials are encouraging people to get vaccinated against Mpox with the two-dose shot.
