‘Not a matter of if, but when’: N.S. community cleaning up after latest flood as they prepare for it to happen again

Clean-up is ongoing in the community of Windsor, N.S., after this week’s flash-flood happened after the area received nearly 100 mm of rain in less than 12 hours on Thursday. Residents say they are tired and don’t feel safe as they attempt to repair the damage and prepare for it to happen again, which many say is inevitable. Zack Power reports.
