Food Bank responds to hygiene centre proposal

The central Okanagan food bank is speaking out after concerns and questions were raised about a proposed hygiene centre at their vacant building in West Kelowna. As our Taya Fast reports, the proposal was not food banks idea and there are still no decisions as whether the proposal will move forward or not.
