Montreal gives green light for Peel Street merchants to reinstall patio tents

The fallout over the F1 tent fiasco with restaurant owners on Peel street takes a new turn. The mayor told restaurant owners on Thursday that the temporary protective covers over the outdoor decks can be reinstalled and she apologized for the way the incident was handled.
