Speaking during a press conference on Monday, Peel Regional Police announced that their auto theft investigation, Project Odyssey, has culminated in the recover of $33.2 million worth of stolen vehicles, as well as 16 arrests, with 10 additional arrest warrants issued. In Peel Region, 255 vehicles were recovered, and 114 vehicles were recovered at the Pot of Montreal. One officer described the operation as the regions “most significant auto theft investigation to date.”
