Grieving East Kootenay family questions ICBC

The family of a mother and two girls killed in a crash last year have serious concerns about ICBC’s no-fault insurance model. As Catherine Urquhart reports, the victims’ mother and grandmother say not enough is being done to compensate the surviving children.
