A house fire at a farm on Highway 35/115 is causing delays in the southbound lanes on Thursday near Clarington.
Emergency crews responded late Thursday morning for reports of a fire in a home just south of Skelding Road in Clarington.
Smoke could be seeing coming from the roof and basement of the home.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Durham Regional Police, Clarington fire and paramedics are all on scene.
One southbound lane is blocked, causing delays in that area.
It is unclear if anyone was home when the fire broke out.
