A wing of a three-storey building in Kyiv was reduced to rubble in a Russian missile attack on Monday morning. Officials said it wounded at least seven people and saw missile debris fall in three other parts of the city. “This is a residential area, and an educational facility. There are no military entities here, so the only explanation for this (attack) is terrorism, nothing else,” Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
