One person was reportedly airlifted to a trauma centre following a head-on collision on Lakefield Road in the north end of Peterborough early Sunday.
Emergency crews responded to the collision around 2 a.m. and located a pickup truck and a car heavily damaged.
One person had to be extricated.
An Ornge air ambulance transported one person from the Peterborough Regional Health Centre to a trauma centre.
The collision remains under investigation.
