Conservative MP Andrew Scheer took a jab at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in question period on Thursday, by saying that the prices of Jamaican vacations have “skyrocketed” amid inflation. Scheer said the prime minister’s trip costs to the Caribbean nation this year increased by 42 per cent, and accused Trudeau of getting to “pass his bill onto taxpayers” while Canadians have to “pay the bill for his high carbon hypocrisy.”
