Hate crimes complaints nearly double: police chief

Toronto’s chief of police announced Monday that hate crime complaints are dramatically up in the last year. Most charges that have been brought are related to anti-Semitic hate. As Sean O’Shea reports, the city of Vaughan is considering new restrictions on protesters.
