A huge police presence in Kelowna this morning has left area residents concerned. With guns drawn, RCMP and members of the Emergency Response Team swarmed a shopping centre in the city’s Rutland area. But as our Jayden Wasney reports, police are keeping very tight-lipped about what unfolded and what exactly they are investigating.
