Tesla is recalling nearly 200,000 2023 Model Y, S and X vehicles in the U.S. that are equipped with “Full Self-Driving” software. The automaker says the backup camera may not function while the car is in reverse and the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says that can increase the risk of a crash.
