Some Quebec businesses will soon have to change their signs to include more French. The province has now published its latest batch of regulations, clarifying parts of its controversial language law, Bill 96. Starting next year, Quebec stores and restaurants will have to, among other things, display much more French than English on their buildings. Global’s Franca Mignacca explains.
