Two new pilot projects are being launched in Montreal to keep the city’s most vulnerable residents warm and safe during the cold winter months ahead. The Grande bibliothèque and UQAM are partnering to do their part to help unhoused Montrealers in the Latin quarter. Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
