Calgary police have identified the victim in a fatal road rage incident in Calgary’s northeast. Investigators say 35-year-old David Berglund was crushed between a car and a tree on Tuesday afternoon. As Tracy Nagai reports, 34-year-old Steven Allen has been charged with manslaughter.
