Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman at Catch NYC rooftop bar and restaurant in Manhattan in August 2015, according to a lawsuit filed in New York City. The plaintiff, who is only identified as Jane Doe in the complaint, said that the assault occurred in a secluded corner of the rooftop lounge after she and a friend had their pictures taken with the star.
