The parents of Brian Ilesic, who was one of three people murdered in the 2012 at the University of Alberta, joined St. Albert MP Michael Cooper Thursday to push Bill S-281, which, if passed, would reduce the frequency of parole hearings for people convicted of murder. Mason DePatie reports.
