N.S. striving to become leader in skilled trades

The Nova Scotia government claims it will become a national leader in skilled trades. The province announced plans to add 5,000 more apprentices to the system over the next three years. As Callum Smith reports, it’s all part of a $100 million investment to recruit, train and retain.
